             RULES AND POLICIES

1. Visiting hours are 6pm to midnight, Friday. Noon  to midnight Saturday, noon to 7pm Sunday, 5pm to 8pm Monday thru Thursday. 

2. No using friends allowed. Use of Alcohol or Drugs on or off property, arrest for Alcohol or Drug related offenses, possession of firearms, or other prohibited weapons,is cause for immediate dismissal

3. Residents must pay first and last week's fee upon admission. Fee is due in advance, on the same day of the week as the move in day. There is a $10.00 dollar late fee, per day if fee is late. If fee is more than three days late, you will be discharged. Residents must give a 2 week  notice to have the last weeks fee applied. If resident fails to give notice last week fee is forfeited. No cash refunds.

4. Residents must attend 2, 12 step meetings per week. Residents must have a sponsor and actively working the steps.

5. Guests are not permitted in Resident rooms. Residents are not allowed in other residents bedrooms.

6. There is to be no confrontations either verbal or physical. Confrontation is cause for immediate dismissal.

7. Curfew is 10 p.m. Sun.-Thurs. 12pm Friday and Saturday. Residents late for curfew or out all night without permission will be terminated.

8. Prescription medications must be labeled, current and non-narcotic.

9. Residents are required to do their assigned chore daily around 9:30pm. If not Write-up. Excessive write-ups Is cause for termination.

10. Random drug tests, If you refuse to take a drug test you will be immediately discharged.

11. If you are discharged for any reason and do not take your belongings with you, you must make an appointment to pick up your things within 48 hours at 281-948-3717 or your belongings will be donated.

12. WASHING CARS ON THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED.

13. Make bed daily and keep your room clean.

14. Residents must sign in and out, when ever leaving the property.
